The privacy policy describes the rules for processing information about you, including personal data and cookies.

1.General information

  1. This policy applies to the website operating at the following URL: logis-mil.com
  2. The operator of the website and the Administrator of personal data is: ASSOCIATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR UNIFORMED SERVICES, ul. Krzysztofa Gotowskiego 6/17, 85-030 Bydgoszcz

  4. The Operator is the Administrator of your personal data with regard to data provided voluntarily on the website.
  5. The website uses personal data for the following purposes:
    • Running a newsletter
    • Presenting the user profile to other users
    • Handling inquiries via the form
    • Preparation, packaging, and shipment of goods
    • Provision of ordered services
    • Presentation of an offer or information
  6. The website performs functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
    1. Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are entered into the Operator’s systems.
    2. By storing cookies on end-user devices.

2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

  1. Login and personal data entry areas are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login details entered on the website are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the target server.
  2. User passwords are stored in hashed form. The hashing function works in one direction – it is not possible to reverse it, which is currently the modern standard for storing user passwords.
  3. The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  4. To protect data, the Operator regularly performs backups.
  5. An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

3. Hosting

  1. The website is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of: cyberFolks.pl
  2. The hosting company maintains server-level logs to ensure technical reliability. The following may be recorded:
    • resources identified by URL (addresses of requested resources – pages, files),
    • time of request arrival,
    • time of response sent,
    • client station name – identification via HTTP protocol,
    • information about errors that occurred during HTTP transactions,
    • URL of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link), if access to the website occurred via a link,
    • information about the user's browser,
    • information about the IP address,
    • diagnostic information related to the process of ordering services via forms on the website,
    • information related to handling email correspondence sent to and by the Operator.

4. Your rights and additional information on data usage

  1. In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if necessary to perform a contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations imposed on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • hosting company (processing agreement)
    • couriers
    • postal operators
    • law firms and debt collectors
    • payment operators
    • public authorities
    • authorized employees and associates who use data to achieve the website's purpose
    • companies providing marketing services to the Administrator
  2. Your personal data is processed by the Administrator no longer than necessary to perform activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting). Marketing data will not be processed longer than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Administrator:
    • access to your personal data,
    • rectification,
    • erasure,
    • restriction of processing,
    • data portability.
  4. You have the right to object to processing indicated in point 3.2 regarding processing of personal data based on legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling. This right may not be exercised if there are valid legal grounds for processing overriding your interests, rights, and freedoms, particularly for establishing, pursuing, or defending claims.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the website.
  7. Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be carried out in relation to you for the purpose of providing services under the contract and for direct marketing.
  8. Personal data is transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we transfer it outside the European Union.

5. Information in forms

  1. The website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data if provided.
  2. The website may save information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
  3. In some cases, the website may save information linking form data with the user's email address. In such a case, the user's email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. Data provided in forms is processed for the purpose resulting from the specific form function, e.g., handling service requests, business contact, service registration, etc. The context and description of each form clearly indicate its purpose.

6. Administrator logs

Information about user behavior on the website may be logged. These data are used for website administration.

7. Important marketing techniques

  1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The Operator does not provide personal data to the service provider, only anonymized information. The service uses cookies on the user's device. Users can view and edit cookie-based preference data using the tool: https://www.googleCom/ads/preferences/
  2. The Operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology allows Facebook (Facebook Inc., USA) to know that a registered user is using the website. It is based on data for which Facebook is the controller. The Operator does not transfer any additional personal data. The service uses cookies.

8. Information about cookies

  1. The website uses cookies.
  2. Cookies are IT data, especially text files, stored on the user's device and used to operate the website. They usually contain the website name, storage time, and a unique identifier.
  3. The entity placing cookies and accessing them is the website operator.

    1. maintaining the user session (after login), so the user does not need to re-enter login and password on each page;
    2. achieving the purposes described above in the 'Important marketing techniques' section;
